Six Weeks. Teammates from across Central Iowa. For 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week we're challenging you to start 2021 STRONG. We'll be there every step of the way with themes and support designed to help you live your best life. So take the challenge and let's discover what it means to be STRONG, together.

Take back your life. Join us as we commit to being active for 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. For six weeks, we're going to get moving and discover what it means to live a healthier, happier and more full life. And you won't be alone. You'll be part of a community of people who are also taking our challenge. And you'll also be supported by Y staff who are here to give you tips, encourage you and celebrate your successes.
