How it works:
Marshalltown Y staff will be live on the Y's Facebook page at scheduled times. You can join the event and add to the conversation with your comments.
You will then be directed to a virtual workout to complete on your own. Keep the conversation going by posting pictures of your workout and comment when you're finished.
