Strength Training Class for Women
This 8-week program will give you weight lifting basics that can be built upon. No need to be a seasoned weight lifter, this class is designed for beginners.
You can expect to learn proper form and techniques for using both free weights and weight machines. A variety of exercises will be introduced to challenge the whole body.
