The Y has converted the former H.I.I.T. Room on the second floor into a Powerlifting Room. This space is now open for members to use on their own or with any of the programs listed below.

Powerlifting Club - Youth and Adult
Unleash the power inside of you! Develop full-body strength and increase lean body mass, bone density and confidence.
Young people who participate in supervised strength training programs will increase power, speed and stamina, which results in decreased risk of injury. Certified Y staff use current research and training principles to tailor programming for each participant and maintain safety throughout the program.
Powerlifting is fun for all ability levels. Kids who participate in this program can gain confidence and unlock their true potential.
YOUTH Powerlifting Club
Age: 8 - 18
Club Meets: Monday - Thursday 10-11:30a.m. and 5-6:30p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend 2-4 times per week. Club starts June 4th.
Member Cost: $35/month for 1 child and $60/month for 2 children from same family with a Y membership.
Non-Member Cost: $45/month and $70/month for 2 children from the same family without a Y membership. (A $5 discount will be applied in August for the Y’s annual shutdown August 5-8.)
ADULT Powerlifting Club
Club Meets: Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m. - beginning September 5th
Cost: $35/month for Y members / $45/month for non-members
