Powerlifting Clubs - Youth and Women

Unleash the power inside of you!  Develop full-body strength and increase lean body mass, bone density and confidence.  

Young people who participate in supervised strength training programs will increase power, speed and stamina, which results in decreased risk of injury.  Certified Y staff use current research and training principles to tailor programming for each participant and maintain safety throughout the program.

Powerlifting is fun for all ability levels.  Kids who participate in this program can gain confidence and unlock their true potential.  

YOUTH Powerlifting Club
Age:  8 - 18

Club Meets:   Monday - Thursday 4-5 p.m.   
Additional morning option for summer runs June 10 - August 29:  Monday - Thursday 10-11 a.m.

Member Cost:   $30/month for 1 child and $60/month for 2 children from same family with a Y membership. 

Non-Member Cost:  $45/month and $80/month for 2 children from the same family without a Y membership.  

NEW!  WOMEN'S Powerlifting Club

Club Meets:   Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Cost:   $35/month for Y members / $45/month for non-members
