Group Exercise Classes


The Y offers classes for all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training, to indoor cycling, water exercise and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Health and Wellness Class Guidelines

  • No pre-registration for Group Exercise; participants need a “Class Pass” to attend

  • ​Each class is very easily adjusted for individual comfort and ability level

  • Youth ages 10-13 along with a parent/guardian and a class pass may attend following a Parent/Child Fitness Orientation

Arm Blast

Amp your strength by creating definition in your upper body; Be proud to show off your arms and shoulders. Pairs well with Core Blast and Low Body Blast. 
Mon:  8:30-9 a.m., Studio 2

Body Fusion

 A high energy class that creates a perfect balance of fitness movements fused together for a complete total body workout. You will leave this class feeling lifted and accomplished, eager for more! 
M/W/F: 6 - 7 a.m., Studio 1

Cardio Mix

For those that enjoy variety, choreography, and being challenged—this class uses a variety of exercise tools creatively to tone and define muscles of the upper and lower body in addition to a great cardiovascular workout.

Standing functional core training is combined with floor ab exercises to give you a vigorous core strengthening experience. 
Monday thru Thursday: 5 - 5:30 p.m., Studio 1

Core Blast

Attack your core and low back muscles to improve strength, movement, and posture.  Core Blast pairs well with Low Body Blast and Arm Blast.

Dance Fitness

A mixture of rhythms and power moves to bring your heart rate and the fun factor up to a 10!  All you need to bring is your energy and a smile.

Group Cycle

Jump on a bike and ride to the driving beats that will improve your cardio endurance and muscular strength. This low-impact/high-intensity workout will leave you drenched in sweat, yet inspired to come back for more! No previous cycling experience is necessary for participation in group cycle class.

Low Body Blast

Condition the muscles of your lower body using a variety of exercises and pieces of equipment. Low Body Blast pairs well with Arm Blast and Core Blast.

Mash Up

Get the bonus of two workouts in one!  You will experience Defend Together with strength training intervals. Defend Together is a gripping class that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness.

Mindful Meditation

Engage your mind and body in this meditation focusing on the present moment.  Take some time to switch off of "automatic" mode and fall into mindful relaxation.

Resistance. Interval. Power. Plyometrics. Endurance. Diet. This class will tone, firm and create a whole new level of fitness—it’s the “one stop body shock”.

Strength and Stretch

Create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body using classic sculpting and stretching techniques.

Strength Train Together

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout.  Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Strength Train Together combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.

An energetic workout that will target your whole body with strength, cardio, and core movements.

Enjoy traditional yoga poses to enhance flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone. Participants leave feeling energized.

Yoga Stretch

Start your day off right with Yoga!  Traditional yoga postures will work together to bring strength, stretch, and relaxation to your morning.

Get stronger, get results, and get ready to battle.  Each class will throw a new challenge at you using weights, jump ropes, and much more!  You won't want to miss this class!
