Fitness On Demand is the newest way to get in shape. It’s a group exercise program delivered through a digital format. Y members will have access to a wide variety of exercise videos like kickboxing, Latin dance, cycling and more. 

The Y is converting 2 group exercise spaces in the Horne-Henry Center to accommodate the program. Y members with Class Pass will be able to access scheduled programs at the Y offered throughout the day.

Ready for access to all of the latest group exercise programs? Get ready to experience the most popular programs available today. 

Please note - Class Pass required to attend Group Exercise classes.  Y members may attend three Group Exercise classes per year for free.
