Fitness On Demand

Fitness On Demand is the newest way to get in shape. It’s a group exercise program delivered through a digital format. Y members will have access to a wide variety of exercise videos like kickboxing, Latin dance, cycling and more. 

The Y has converted 2 group exercise spaces in the Horne-Henry Center to accommodate the program. Y members with Class Pass will be able to access programs at the Y offered throughout the day.  

There are two ways to participate:
1. Attend a scheduled class listed on the group exercise schedule
2. Attend your own class "on demand" - just show up to one of the studios when there are no classes scheduled, and start the virtual offering of your own (Instructions are posted in each room; Y staff are on hand to assist.)

Please note - Class Pass required to attend Group Exercise classes.  Y members may attend three Group Exercise classes per year for free.
